Welcome to Agent Yard Duty (“AYD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services we provide to you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) within Jackson County, Oregon. By signing up for our services, you agree to the following:
1. Services Provided
Agent Yard Duty provides professional pet waste removal for residential and commercial properties. Optional services may include seasonal deodorizing or sanitation treatments. Services are typically performed on a recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or custom schedule) as agreed upon during sign-up.
2. Service Access
You agree to grant our technicians safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring service.
Gates must be unlocked or access codes provided in advance.
Pets must be kept indoors or safely restrained during our visit.
If we cannot access your property due to a locked gate, aggressive pets, or other obstructions, the visit will be recorded as completed and billed as normal.
3. Notifications
Clients will receive a notification before arrival via SMS or email. We may also send follow-up messages after service completion. SMS is our most efficient method of communication.
4. Weather & Safety
We operate in all weather conditions, except when doing so would be unsafe for our staff (e.g., lightning, heavy ice, wildfire smoke, or extreme conditions). In such cases, services will be delayed or rescheduled, and clients will be notified.
If you wish to pause or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If we miss a mess, notify us within 24 hours of service, and we will return to correct the issue at no additional cost.
6. Payments & Billing
Payments are due according to the selected plan (weekly, monthly, or pre-paid).
We accept major credit/debit cards via secure online billing.
Accounts must remain in good standing for ongoing service.
Late or declined payments may result in temporary service suspension until the balance is paid.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your recurring service at any time. Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will not incur further charges.
Refunds are processed in a standard, reasonable timeframe, consistent with industry practice.
If Agent Yard Duty must cancel a service (due to weather, scheduling, or other circumstances), we will provide notice and make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
8. Waste Disposal
All pet waste is removed from your property and disposed of in accordance with local regulations and environmental standards.
9. Liability
While we take the utmost care in performing our services, Agent Yard Duty is not responsible for:
Damage caused by pets, weather, landscaping, or pre-existing conditions.
Injuries caused by aggressive animals or unsafe property conditions.
Missed service due to inaccessible yards or incomplete client information.
By allowing us to perform services, you agree to hold Agent Yard Duty harmless from liability for any such issues.
10. Communication Consent
By using our services, you consent to receive SMS, email, or phone communications for appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
11. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate service for repeated access issues, non-payment, or unsafe conditions. Clients will be notified before service termination whenever possible.
12. Changes to These Terms
Agent Yard Duty may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
